Highly Customizable User Interface

Hex Workshop allows users to customize the look of the main editor window through highly specific color definitions for the data and backgrounds and also through the ability to define how and what data will be displayed. Users can adjust the grouping of hex data, the number of bytes display per line, offset lengths, offset bases, etc. Windows can also be docked or pinned to maximize your editing workspace.

Integrated tools allow users to color code and tag data within the editor. For example, while viewing a structure in Hex Workshop, users are able to color graphically see the data ranges of structure members. All color coding is user definable.

Data Interpretation and Parsing

Four integrated tools are available to help parse and combine data within Hex Workshop.
  1. The Structure Viewer applies C-style structures to data within the editor and allows the user to visually view and edit that data.
  2. Smart Bookmarks allow users to add bookmarks to a file with functions, mathematical operations, and data types. Users can view and edit both the bookmark and the bookmark's value.

  • Ever had such an annoying message given by Windows?

    It has many other flavors: Cannot delete file: Access is denied There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use. The file is in use by another program or user. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

  • Unlocker is the solution!

    1. Simply right click the folder or file and select Unlocker
    2. If the folder or file is locked, a window listing of lockers will appear
    3. Simply click Unlock All and you are done!

Windows 8 Build 7989 x64

The new version of Windows 8 has been leaked. The new leak is 64-bit Windows 8 of M3 (milestone 3) build 6.2.7989.0 with full build string of 6.2.7989.0.amd64fre.winmain.110421-1825, apparently from winmain branch, the branch that typically get released as a beta, RC or RTM. The build version also indicates that the build is compiled on April 11, 2011. That almost two months earlier, which means the development of Windows 8 now is almost closed to beta phase.
New features that been found on Windows 8 M3 include immersive UI (patched shsxs.dll for unlock required), new boot screen, new “Language Switcher” interface on Taskbar, new interface to enable or disable Windows functions, new Aero in “Metro-style”, new History Vault interface, and a new wallpaper. The build is also found to be much more stable that previously leaked builds. However, some features such as user tiles have been locked and hidden instead.
For people who interested, the leaked 64-bit version of Windows 8 M3 Build 7989 is now available for download.

  • INSTRUCTIONS:

Uninstall any previous version completely or the activation will not work.
  1. Burn or mount, install with AUTOPLAY (important).

I used telephone/ toll free 1-866-432-3012 via MagicJack and voila, machine did not know my installation code, sent me to a live agent whom I got the Confirmation code, clicked Next and I was validated until the next “crash or re-format”…LOL, they belived it!
