Before starting make sure:
Add sauriks server to the hosts file before using any custom ipsw file!!

• Windows PC: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (Windows) 
• Mac: /etc/hosts (Mac OS X)

and add the following entry to the bottom of the file.

74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

Remember if the hosts file doesn't show then you need to uncheck the hide protected files in folder option in configuration (windows PC)!!

If you have mac:

• Launch Terminal, located at /Applications/Utilities/
• Type or copy/paste the following commands into the Terminal window

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE

• Enter the below key in terminal to restart finder


killall Finder

ACTIVATED (for people who are not on official carrier SIM card)

UN-ACTIVATED (for people who have official carrier SIM card)

How to Fix Error 3194:

• Close TinyUmbrella.
• Remove Cydia's SHSH caching server from your hosts (C:\WINDOWS\system32\driver\etc\hosts)
• Reboot.

HOW to UPGRADE:

1. Connect iPhone to iTunes
2. Bring iphone or ipad or iPod to DFU mode
3. iTunes detects (remember you should not be in recovery mode!!!) it and you will see RESTORE and upgrade buttons
4. Now press keyboard SHIFT key + RESTORE button itunes at the same time
5. Browse to the ipsw file you have downloaded
6. Start restoring
7. After completed open cydia and update cydia and for unlock just install ULTRASN0W

For all of you out there who don't know how to make a custom IPSW files in this post you will find them already hactivated + jailbroken , all you need to do is to download them and install on the iPhone:
